Modular Homes are compact prefabricated homes that are built in factories and then assembled on-site.

You can place our Modulars anywhere – on a small urban plot in the centre of a city, or out in the remotest rural area.
Modular Homes generally consist of one or two rooms, and you can put them to any use – such as a granny flat, backyard studio, office or a fully transportable home on wheels.

Here at Nova Deko, we love to work with our customers and find the perfect home for their project. We have a range of 'standard' pod sizes that are created to suit transportation world-wide.

Ready-made Designs

Choose from our range of 1-3 bedroom modular homes. These homes can be used as primary dwellings or used as an additional 'granny flat' as they are fully self-contained modules with kitchens and bathrooms included.

Connection to suit you

Our modules are 90% complete when they arrive to your location. Installation on-site can be done a few different ways to connect to power and water. We also have off-grid options available so you can install your pod anywhere!

Custom Designs

We are pleased to offer the option of custom modular designs that align with your unique requirements. However, it's important to note that this service comes with a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) of 10 modules.
