We will work with you and your team to design a suitable solution for the project and discuss any limitations modular construction may have on your concept.

Initial Design Package

Our design team will collaborate closely with your consultants to conduct a thorough evaluation of your site and its surroundings. We will invest significant effort in comprehending your design vision and collaborating with architects and engineers to create an appropriate modular framework.
Once site orientation, planning, and structural design are documented, we will present initial design concepts. We will engage in discussions about floor plans and deliberate on suitable finishes for both the internal and external design. Depending on the project’s specifications, we may also develop 3D external renders, videos, and walk-through animations to provide a comprehensive understanding of the project.
Design Adjustments
Following the review of the initial Design package, we will collaborate with you and your team to address any required design modifications. Please be aware that adjustments made during the design revision phase may have implications on the overall budget. It is upon the conclusion of the Design stage that a more accurate and realistic budget proposal can be presented.
Development Approvals
Our team will ensure that the design complies with the essential regulations and specifications pertinent to your country and tailored to the specific needs of your local site. Nova Deko is committed to assisting in the preparation of the necessary documentation and facilitating seamless coordination for the submission, in collaboration with contributions from other consulting entities.
Contracts
Once everything has been sorted and you’re happy to progress, the contract will be signed with the deposit of 50% paid and the order will go to production.
Procurement
Upon receipt of payment, our factory team will initiate the procurement process for the necessary materials and products outlined in the provided documentation. Anticipated completion is approximately 6 weeks or more, factoring in the procurement and production timelines.
Production
Following the successful procurement of all necessary materials, the production phase for your project will commence. Our dedicated Quality Control team will meticulously oversee the entire production process to uphold the highest standards of workmanship. Each stage of production mandates approval and thorough inspection by our Quality Control staff before progression to the subsequent stage.
Inspection
After final inspection has been made, either in person or virtually & the final payment made, the modulars will be ready for transport to your location.
Transportation
The duration of shipping may vary based on geographical location and seasonal considerations. It is imperative to incorporate this variable into your project timeline. For substantial volume orders, your project will be shipped in segmented ‘batches,’ facilitating a streamlined transition upon arrival. This approach ensures an efficient process as you receive and transport the modules to the designated site via truck.
Delivery & Installation
Each project is distinctive and necessitates a tailored plan aligned with the specifics of the project site. It’s essential to recognize that any on-site activities required for the project should be finalized before the arrival of the modular units.
In cases where the contract encompasses installation, our Nova Deko Team will facilitate introductions for on-site personnel and coordinate access as necessary. Additionally, this team will effectively coordinate and supervise specialized contractors, ensuring seamless execution of various tasks such as electrical and hydraulic work within stipulated timelines and in adherence to professional standards.
Move-In Day!
