Nova Deko Modular was approached by a Swedish client who had a clear design brief of wanting to create a sustainable and affordable student accommodation. This was one of our first multi stacked projects in Scandinavia and we were very excited to be a part of it. Being one of the first in the world to build a project like this, we faced a number of challenges. However our R&D and engineering team were able to find solutions to make the project successful in a timely matter. This project consisted of over 130 individual pods. All the pods were installed within an impressive 2 week period.
