Hong Kong’s first transitional housing project built by Nova Deko in 2019 is also the first to be dismantled and reused in a new location. This project was designed as a short term, sustainable solution on leased land to provide immediate housing for those in need. ⁠This project attracted lots of media attention throughout Hong Kong and the world. We are now manufacturing one of the biggest modular projects in Hong Kong, Kam Tin in 2023 and plan to see this sustainable cycle of transitional housing benefit thousands more in the country.
