This four-level apartment building was completed in 2020 in Wellington, New Zealand. The one-bedroom apartment design consisted of generous kitchen and bathroom spaces with walk-in-wardrobes to create ample storage. The building is designed to withstand the elements as New Zealand is prone to earthquakes in the area.
