Project Shenzhen commenced when the Chinese government approached Nova Deko to build a unique, fast and exciting new building technique using modular construction. This project consisted of 30 pods of luxury fit outs including restaurants, offices, boardrooms and accommodation. The installation process took less than 1 week! Nova Deko Modular is continuing to work with the Chinese government in supplying affordable housing solutions.
