Design
Collaborating with our team to create and generate functional drawings for the modular project is a big part of the overall process. This may entail involving appropriate consultants and engineers based on the project’s location and specific needs. Since each project is different, drawing requirements for the design will vary accordingly.
Manufacture
We can collaborate exclusively as the manufacturer, provided that the plans align with the construction requirements and are conducive for our production team to implement.
Installation
Our specialized team can potentially provide on-site installation support, depending on the project’s location. We have the capability to arrange for a project supervisor to be on-site, offering guidance and training to local workers and tradespeople on installation techniques to ensure the project goes ahead smoothly.
Temporary
Embracing innovative thinking are key aspects where our modular solution excels. Our modules can be designed to serve as temporary housing solutions on government-leased land, offering immediate shelter for a defined duration. When the lease expires, the structure can be disassembled and relocated to a new site, maximizing its versatility.
Permanent
We seek to design, build and install solutions that will last. Our modules are built with high-quality materials and designed to ensure a robust design is implemented to suit the location. We are currently designing our product to be suitable for 20-40 level high-rise projects.
