Nova Deko Modular designs, manufactures and delivers volumetric modular buildings across residential, accommodation and commercial sectors. Our approach integrates design, engineering and factory-based production into a single coordinated system—enabling faster, more predictable project delivery.
As an Australian/Chinese joint venture, we have our head office and production facilities in Foshan, near Hong Kong, while our research & development team and workshop are located in Brisbane, Australia. We also have a representative office in Hong Kong.
Our Story
Nova Deko Modular was established to redefine how buildings are delivered through a more controlled and engineered approach to construction. What began with modular residential solutions has evolved into a global capability delivering multi-residential, commercial and accommodation projects at scale.
With experience across Australia, Hong Kong and international markets, Nova Deko has delivered projects ranging from single dwellings to high-density developments involving hundreds of modules. This experience has shaped a system focused on repeatability, scalability and delivery certainty.
By aligning architectural design, structural engineering and manufacturing from the outset, we reduce inefficiencies commonly associated with traditional construction and provide a more streamlined path from concept to completion.

Our modular system supports both standardised and custom applications, ranging from low-rise housing to high-density multi-storey developments. Our largest project to date comprised 1,032 modular units, with production scaled to deliver up to 500 studio units per month.

For more than a decade Nova Deko has been a pioneer in the modular housing sector on a global scale. We have built thousands of modular developments, ranging from 20ft single-pod homes to large commercial projects including schools, student accommodation, residential complexes and hotels.
Our modular solutions have faster lead times and lower impacts on the environment than conventional building methods.
Design Team
We've partnered with some of the world’s best architect and interior design firms to bring you the latest trends from across the globe. We also have our very own in house design team located in Brisbane, Australia who closely work with our design partners using the latest software such as REVIT, BIM 360 and Lumion.
Consultant Team
Our consultant and engineer teams are based in Brisbane, Australia.
For international projects, we collaborate with local leading consultants to ensure the most fitting product design for the context. Our engagements include Structural, Energy Consultant, Fire Engineer, and Hydraulic Engineer specialists.
Construction Team
We have a skilled manufacturing team based in our factory, along with a local construction team in Australia for projects in that region. Our construction teams are available to travel to other countries as needed to offer support to other local trades during installation phase.
